Triple Berry Tart is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for summer. This tart is bursting with the flavors of fresh berries and has a rich and buttery crust. Follow this recipe to make a beautiful and mouth-watering Triple Berry Tart.

Ingredients:

For the crust:
– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1 egg yolk
– 2 tablespoons ice water

For the filling:
– 1/2 cup strawberry jam
– 1/2 cup blueberries
– 1/2 cup raspberries
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in the chilled butter using a pastry blender or your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse sand.

3. Add in the egg yolk and ice water, and mix until the dough comes together. Knead the dough lightly on a floured surface until it forms a smooth ball.

4. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and transfer it to a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom. Press the dough into the pan and trim off any excess.

5. Prick the bottom of the crust with a fork and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let cool.

6. In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch, lemon juice, and sugar.

7. In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the strawberry jam until it is melted and smooth. Add in the blueberries, raspberries, and cornstarch mixture, and stir until the berries are coated.

8. Pour the berry mixture into the cooled crust and spread it out evenly.

9. Bake the tart for 25-30 minutes or until the filling is bubbly and the crust is golden brown. Let cool before serving.
