Real Food Shamrock Shake Recipe

If you’re a fan of the seasonal Shamrock Shake from a well-known fast food chain, you’re in luck! You can make a healthier, homemade version with real ingredients. This Real Food Shamrock Shake recipe is made with wholesome ingredients, so you can indulge without the guilt.

Ingredients:

– 1 1/2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
– 1 banana, frozen
– 1/2 avocado, ripe
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
– 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
– 1-2 handfuls of baby spinach
– Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions:
